Buyer Update – October 31st, 2022

October 31, 2022 by Fish Hawk Landing

Almost dried in for winter

Bust out your ice picks and shovels, wintertime is here in Summit County! Things are moving along steadily down here at Fish Hawk Landing. Here is our weekly update:

Building 1: Building 1 has passed framing inspection and we’re ready to begin the insulation process. We will start with air sealing which will be underway soon.

Building 2: Rough electrical continues in unit 5 and plumbing rough-in is now completed at building 2. All windows are now installed and the dry-in process has concluded.

Building 3: First floor wall framing has wrapped up, the second and third level subfloor has been completed, and framers will begin third level wall framing soon.

Building 4: Slab prep has finished and we’ll be moving on to under-slab insulation soon. Another reminder that second additional deposits will be due at slab pour.

Building 5: Building 5 has been backfilled and prepped for interior footers which will be formed and poured soon.

Building 6: Rough plumbing has begun at unit 16 in building 6.

Enjoy your week and stay warm everyone!
