Buyer’s Update – November 11th, 2022

November 11, 2022 by Fish Hawk Landing

The next unit going up

Temperatures are dropping in Summit County but the work down at Fish Hawk Landing keeps truckin’ along. Another bustling week in the books. Here is our weekly update:

Building 1: Insulation will be wrapped up soon at building 1. After insulation is completed we will start stocking drywall. Exterior siding has begun with installation of LP Smartside on the south end of the building and stone siding on the north end.

Building 2: Rough electrical is on-going at unit 5, and rough plumbing has now passed all inspections. Exterior siding has begun with installation of LP Smartside on the north end of the building.

Building 3: Framing on all three levels is completed and we’re now installing trusses. Once finished with truss installation we will move on to roof framing.

Building 4: Slab is prepped and ready for under-slab insulation. We will look to get insulation sprayed sometime next week. Just another reminder that second additional deposits will be due at slab pour.

Building 5: Interior footers have been poured and forms have been removed. After the interior of the foundation is backfilled we will begin underground plumbing.

Building 6: Rough plumbing continues at unit 16. Rough electrical will begin here once it is wrapped up at building 2.

Have a great weekend everyone!
