Happy Friday Fish Hawk family! Here is our weekly update:
Building 1: Units 1 & 2 interior walls and ceilings have been primed and we’re now moving on to the finishing stages. Tile prep work and carpentry trim out will begin soon.
Building 2: Electrical rough has wrapped up at unit six; building 2 is now completely wired and plumbed, and ready to begin insulation.
Building 3: Rough plumbing will be wrapped up soon at unit 8 and will move to the final unit soon. Exterior siding continues.
Building 4: 2nd level walls have been framed and 3rd level floor trusses are currently being rolled. 3rd level wall framing will begin as soon as the 3rd level subfloor is laid.
Building 5: Underground plumbing is completed and we will be moving on to framing soon. After framing has wrapped up we will move on to insulating the foundation and running in-slab radiant heat. We will then pour the slab. Just an early reminder that second additional deposits will be due at slab pour.
Building 6: Rough electrical has begun at unit 16. Electrical will move through the building for the next couple weeks then we will look to begin insulation.
