Hope y’all had a great week. Here is our weekly update:
Building 1: Tile work has wrapped up at units 1 & 2 and is currently in-progress at unit 3. Carpenters have begun hanging cabinets at unit 1, once completed they will move to unit 2. Installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring will begin soon.
Building 2: Two units have passed framing inspection and after a few framing corrections at the third unit we will have all three ready for insulation. In the meantime insulation has begun at unit 4 and will move to the next unit soon.
Building 3: Rough plumbing is wrapping up at unit 7. Rough electrical will begin here once it is wrapped up at building 6.
Building 4: Trusses are in and we’ve begun roof framing. Exterior drywall has begun to go up.
Building 5: Framing of the first floor will begin soon. After framing has wrapped up we’ll insulate the slab, run heat lines, and pour the slab.
Building 6: Rough electrical has begun at unit 18. After electrical is wrapped up we will begin insulating at unit 16.
