Another productive week in the books down here at FHL! Here’s our weekly update:
Building 1: Carpenters are currently setting doors and installing window sill trim. After completed they will begin installing baseboard and door casing. Shingle install continues. Boiler work will begin soon.
Building 2: Drywall has been hung at unit 6, drywallers are currently taping and mudding. They will spend next week texturing then painters will come in and begin priming the finished walls and ceilings. Drywall will be stocked soon at unit 5.
Building 3: Rough electrical has wrapped up at unit 8 and is currently on-going at unit 9. In-floor radiant heat lines will go in next week and gypcrete pour will follow soon thereafter.
Building 4: Deck framing and timber framing continues. Installation of soffit in the front entryway is currently on-going.
Building 5: Framing on upper level walls has wrapped up, trusses have been installed, sheathing is being hung, and roof framing will be wrapped up soon.
Building 6: Gypcrete pour has now finished at all three units. Insulation will be next up.
