Friday is here! Happy weekend gang! Here is our weekly update:
Building 1: Interior wood trim continues to be installed at unit 2. Electrical trim is on-going at unit 1 and will move to unit 2 later this week. Boiler install is nearly completed at all three units.
Building 2: Painters have primed at units 6 and 5. Drywallers are currently taping and mudding in unit 4. They will texture next week and following soon after will be painters. Tile prep has begun in unit 6 and tilers will begin installing next week.
Building 3: Insulation is next up for unit 7. They will be insulating for the next couple weeks and we will begin stocking drywall.
Building 4: Plumbing roughs have begun at unit 10 and will continue at building 4 over the next couple weeks.
Building 5: Spray foam in-slab insulation will begin next week.
Building 6: Insulation will be wrapped up soon at building 6. Once completed we will begin stocking drywall.
