Happy Friday Fish Hawk family! Hope everyone was able to dry this week! Despite all the recent rainfall, road work continues to move along swimmingly down at Fish Hawk Landing. Driveways at buildings six, five, and four have had asphalt poured and, weather permitting, we should finish paving the rest of the driveways early next week. The main road will be the last piece that is paved and that will likely take place midweek. Fingers crossed for a nice warm rain-free forecast!
Building 1: Electrical trim-out has wrapped up at unit 3. Boilers have been fired up at all three units and now that it has time to run we are beginning to install Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring on the lower level and finish installing baseboard. Masons are nearly complete with their stone work and all rear patios have been poured.
Building 2: Entry doors have been set at all three units, and all interior doors are now set. Countertops have been templated and as soon as the road reopens we will begin countertop install. All concrete rear patios have been poured.
Building 3: Framing has wrapped up and insulation will continue as soon as the road is poured and has had time to harden.
Building 4: Electrical rough-in will continue for the next few weeks.
Building 5: Rough plumbing has wrapped up at unit 13 and moved on to unit 14. Once completed at unit 15 we will have rough plumbing all wrapped up on site.
Building 6: Tile install will begin as soon as the asphalt road is poured and hardens enough to get the delivery truck on site, which should be the middle of next week. Cabinet delivery will also be soon and install will begin as soon as they are delivered.
