Happy Friday everyone! Here is our weekly update:
Building 1: Painters are currently prepping exterior siding for paint/stain. Exterior painting/staining will continue throughout the next few weeks. Blower door test has passed at unit 1 and is scheduled for unit 2 and unit 3 next week.
Building 2: Countertops have been delivered and installation has begun at all three units. Once countertops are set we will look to start installing the kitchen tile backsplash.
Building 3: Insulation has wrapped up at all three units in building 3. Drywall has been stocked at units 7 and 8, and hangers have begun hanging drywall at unit 7. They will continue hanging, taping, mudding, and texturing drywall over the next couple weeks.
Building 4: Electrical rough-in is on-going at unit 10 and will continue at building 4 over the next few weeks. Fireplace rough-ins have been completed at all three units.
Building 5: Plumbers are wrapping up soon at building 5. Once electricians are completed with the rough-in at building 4 they will move to building 5. Fireplaces have been set at all three units.
Building 6: Bathroom tile install continues at all three units in building 6. Cabinet delivery is scheduled for next week.
