Hope everyone enjoyed the summer solstice! After over a month of rain in summit county we finally have a gorgeous sun filled week heading our way! Time to bust out the flip flops and sun visors!
Building 1: Painters continue to prep the exterior siding. Painting and staining of the exterior will begin next week. Metal siding has been delivered and installation will begin soon. Carpet will be installed next week at all three units.
Building 2: Countertops have been installed at all three units. Kitchen backsplash tile will be installed soon. Masons continue setting their stones on the exterior and will continue over the next couple weeks.
Building 3: Drywall has been stocked at all three units and drywallers have begun hanging and taping/mudding drywall at unit 7. They will finish texturing at unit 7 next week and move on to hanging and taping/mudding at unit 8 soon thereafter.
Building 4: Rough electrical will wrap up at unit 7 soon, inspection will follow soon thereafter.
Building 5: Rough plumbing is nearly wrapped up and inspections will be soon.
Building 6: Bathroom tile install is on-going at all three units. Cabinets have been delivered, install will begin soon and continue over the next few weeks.
