Hope everyone had a great week! Here is our weekly update:
Building 1: Units 1, 2, and 3 at building one have all passed final inspections and have been issued their Certificate of Occupancy. We are currently going through punchlist at three units and by the end of the month all of building one should be closed.
Building 2: Plumbing trim out is currently in progress at unit 5. They will move to unit 6 once completed. Electrical trim out is on-going at all three units. Carpenters are busy hanging trim and installing hardware. Painters have begun painting the exteriors of all three units.
Building 3: Tile material will be staged early next week and tilers will begin their install soon.
Building 4: Rough electrical is currently in unit 12 and should be wrapped up at building 4 by the end of the week. Electrical inspection will follow.
Building 5: Rough electrical is next in line at building 5.
Building 6: LVP flooring is currently being installed at the middle unit. All cabinets at all three units will be staged early next week and install will begin soon.
