Another great week in the books and we are ready for final CO inspections at our second building down at Fish Hawk Landing!
Building 1: All of Building 1 has closed. Final remaining punchlist items will be wrapped up soon.
Building 2: All units have been trimmed out, carpet installed, and appliances have been in place. Final clean is currently on-going. Final CO inspections will take place early this week.
Building 3: Cabinets have been staged at all three units and install will begin as soon as carpenters are wrapped up at building 6.
Building 4: Electrical rough-in has finished at all three units and building 4 has passed all electrical inspections. Insulation will begin soon.
Building 5: Rough electrical has begun at unit 13 and will be on-going at building 5 over the next couple weeks. Once electrical is finished we will look to begin insulating.
Building 6: Cabinet install is nearly finished at all three units. Carpenters have begun installing interior trim at all three units. Countertops have been templated and install will begin as soon as all cabinets are in place.
