Six units have now been issued their Certificate of Occupancy and we’re moving on to building 6 at Fish Hawk Landing! Final inspections will begin at the tail end of next week and continue through the following week.
Building 1: Building 1 is nearly wrapped up as punchlists are down to their final few items.
Building 2: All units in building two have now been issued their Certificate of Occupancy and homeowners have closed at all three units. Punchlist items will continue to be addressed over the next couple weeks.
Building 3: Tile has been installed at most bathrooms in building 3. They will continue installing tile next week. LVP flooring is also nearly completed. Cabinets will begin going in early next week at unit 7.
Building 4: Gypcrete pour has wrapped up at building 4. All insulation is installed and drywall has been stocked. Drywallers will begin hanging drywall next week.
Building 5: Rough electrical will be wrapped up soon at building 5. After rough electrical is finished and all three units pass inspections we will begin installing insulation.
Building 6: Cabinets have been installed at all three units. Interior millwork trim is nearly completed. Electricians and plumbers are currently trimming out each unit. Carpet and appliance install will be soon.
