Hope everyone had a great week! Here is our weekly update:
Building 1 & 2: Punchlist work continues and will be wrapped up soon at building 1.
Building 3: Tile and LVP flooring is nearly completed at all three units. Cabinet install has begun at unit 7 and will be wrapped up soon.
Building 4: Drywall hanging has begun at unit 10. Taping and texturing will follow soon thereafter. Drywall work will continue at building 4 for the next couple weeks.
Building 5: Electrical will be wrapped up soon at unit 15. Insulation will begin next week at unit 13.
Building 6: Electrical trim out is nearly wrapped up and final inspections will begin early next week. Plumbing will follow soon thereafter. Appliances have been installed at all three units and carpet install will begin early next week.
