After weeks of grading and road prep we finally have our blacktop poured out here at Fish Hawk Landing! Asphalt on the main road, parking spots, and all driveways is now completed. We will allow a few days for the asphalt to harden and should be fully operational down at Fish Hawk Landing soon!
Building 1: Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring has been installed on the lower level. Masons have wrapped up almost all their stone work. Now that the roads are paved we will look to begin staining the exterior siding, which will be on-going over the next few weeks.
Building 2: With the pavement poured we can now allow countertops to be delivered and installed at building 2. After countertops are set we will look to begin plumbing and electrical trim out.
Building 3: Insulation is near completion at units 7 and 8. Insulation install will continue through next week.
Building 4: Electrical rough-in will continue at unit 10 next week.
Building 5: Rough plumbing has moved on to their final unit. Plumbers should be wrapped up with their rough work at building 5 soon.
Building 6: Tile install has begun at unit 18 and will work their way down to unit 16 over the next couple weeks. Cabinet delivery will be soon.
