Fish Hawk Landing has its first building nearing the finish line! Final walkthroughs at units 1 & 3 have been conducted and the Certificate of Occupancy will officially go through on Monday. Building 2 will be next in line with unit 4 beginning final inspections in a couple weeks. Units 5 and 6 will follow closely behind.
Building 1: Exterior staining has wrapped up at building one. Metal siding is also completed. Carpet has been installed, interiors have been cleaned, and units 1 & 3 are nearly move-in ready! Unit 2 is currently going through GC punchlist and final construction cleaning is in progress.
Building 2: Kitchen backsplash and fireplace tile has been installed. Plumbing trim out is finished at unit 4 and will begin at units 5 & 6 soon. Electrical trim out will also begin soon at unit 4 and work it’s way down to the remaining two units over the next couple weeks.
Building 3: Drywall hanging, taping, and texturing has wrapped up at all three units. Painters have primed unit 7 and will continue to prime in units 8 & 9 over the next couple weeks. Tile installers will begin prepping at building 3 soon.
Building 4: Rough electrical will move to unit 8 on Monday. Electricians will continue their rough-in work over the next couple weeks. Once electricians are wrapped up and inspections have been passed, we will begin insulation.
Building 5: Rough plumbing has finished at building 5 and all rough plumbing inspections have passed. Rough electrical will begin at building 5 once electricians have moved on from building 4.
Building 6: Bathroom tile is nearly all installed. LVP flooring has begun at unit 16.
