Happy Friday all! Here is our weekly update:
Building 3: Bathroom tile is nearly wrapped up at all three units. Cabinets are installed at unit 7 and will be finished at unit 8 soon. Countertop templates will follow soon thereafter.
Building 4: Drywall has been hung, taped, and textured at unit 10. Hanging is wrapping up at unit 11, once completed they will tape, mud, and texture.
Building 5: Rough electrical inspection has now passed at all three units. Insulation is nearly wrapped up at unit 13 and will begin soon at unit 14. Once insulation is completed and inspected we will begin drywalling our final building at Fish Hawk Landing.
Building 6: Electrical trim and plumbing trim has wrapped up. Carpet has been installed and appliances are in place. All three electrical inspections are passed and plumbing/mechanical inspections will take place early next week. Blower door tests have also been conducted and passed at building 6. Once all inspections have passed we will be issued the certificate of occupancy at our third building at Fish Hawk Landing.
