Another week in the books! Here is our weekly update:
Building 3: Cabinets are near completion at all three units. Doors are currently being hung at unit 7 and unit 8, and interior trim is being installed. Boiler install will begin next week.
Building 4: Drywall has been hung in all three units. Units 10 and 11 have been taped and textured. Unit 12 will be wrapped up next week. Stone siding install has begun on the north end of the building and will continue over the next couple weeks.
Building 5: Insulation has been installed at unit 13 and is nearly completed at unit 14. Once insulation has wrapped up we will begin stocking drywall.
Building 6: Painters are currently doing their final paint at all three units. Cleaners will be in the units next week for final clean and we will begin walkthroughs soon thereafter. Unit 18 has now passed all final building inspections and after the town conducts their inspections we will be issued our first CO at building 6. Unit 16 and 17 will follow soon thereafter.
