Happy Friday gang! Here is our weekly update:
Building 3: Countertops will be measured and templated next week. Doors continue to be hung at all three units and door/cabinet hardware is currently being installed. Boiler install continues.
Building 4: All units in building 4 have had drywall taped, mudded, and textured. Tile prep will begin soon at all three units. Luxury Vinyl flooring install will follow soon thereafter.
Building 5: Insulation install has wrapped up at units 13 and 14, and drywall has been stocked. Drywall hanging will begin soon.
Building 6: Painters have wrapped up final paint at all three units. All three units have passed final inspections and homeowner walk throughs will take place this week and the next.
