Hope everyone had a great week! Here is our weekly update:
Building 3: Final inspections have passed at all three units and CO’s have been issued. Homeowners have completed their punchlist walk throughs and work on the punchlist will continue over the next few weeks. We have now closed on half of our units at Fish Hawk Landing and only have nine more units to go!
Building 4: Tile install is in progress at all three units and will be wrapped up soon. All cabinets are installed throughout building 4. Countertops will be templated next week and installed soon thereafter. Once countertops are installed we can begin plumbing and electrical trim out. Boilers are hooked up at all three units, heat will be pumping in the units by the end of the week.
Building 5: Cabinets will be stocked on Tuesday and install will begin next week. Tile has been prepped and install will begin as soon as it is finished at building 4. All exterior siding and stone has been installed and all exterior paint has wrapped up. With colder temperatures incoming we will be moving inside for the next month or so until the unit is completed.
